Xperentia, which drives TerrainX, is in the top 1% of “ZERO Accident Rate” companies operating in the outdoor adventure domain across India. This record has been impeccably maintained over the last 10 years of operations.

TerrainX consists of mountaineering professionals, who are professionally qualified, having completed the Advance Mountaineering Course from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi and Himalayan Institute of Mountaineering, Darjeeling. These Experienced leaders have organized and led expeditions to the Himalayan and Sayadhari ranges. The collective experience of this team is more than 50 years in outdoor adventure support and mountaineering.

The other members of the team consist of logistics and operations experts, and people from the hospitality industry.

All the adventure activites are conducted with international safety guidelines and each and every part of the process has a fallback system in place.  The quality improvement process includes refresher courses, practice sessions and safety process reviews.
